‘BUYER’ means LTR PTE LTD registered in Singapore under number 200906703D and having its principal place of business at 20 Changi Business Park Central 2, #05-04A, Singapore 486031.
‘SELLER’ means the person firm or company to whom any purchase order is addressed or with whom the Contract is made.
‘GOODS’ means the goods agreed to be sold to a Buyer in accordance with these Conditions.
‘CONDITIONS’ means the standard terms and conditions of purchase set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between Buyer and Seller.
‘CONTRACT’ means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods.
SELLER shall ensure shelf life products must have more than 70% useful life remaining, unless agreed upon in advance in writing prior to the CONTRACT.
SELLER shall ensure that aircraft parts/materials must be traceable to an EASA Approved Inspection System.
SELLER shall provide relevant test reports, authorized release certificate, certificate of conformance, etc., as applicable to the CONTRACT when requested.
SELLER shall provide the right of access to BUYER, its customer(s) and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities at any level of the supply chain involved in this order and to all applicable records.
SELLER shall ensure that copies of all applicable quality records involved in the CONTRACT shall be kept for a minimum period of two years.
SELLER shall notify BUYER of any nonconforming product in relation to the CONTRACT and shall obtain BUYER's approval for nonconforming product disposition.
SELLER shall notify BUYER of products and/or processes, including changes to the external service providers and/or location of manufacture where applicable.
SELLER is required to flow down to their external service providers the applicable requirements in relation to the CONTRACT including BUYER's requirements.
SELLER shall ensure that its personnel involved in this CONTRACT shall be made aware of their contribution to product & service conformity, their contribution to product safety and the importance of ethical behavior.
SELLER shall ensure that its quality management system is implemented and maintained accordingly.

SELLER shall ensure all aircraft parts and materials must be released in accordance with the latest applicable maintenance manual.
SELLER shall ensure all aircraft parts and materials must be released to EASA and FAA at the minimum.
SELLER must provide the cost estimate and await BUYER acceptance of the cost estimate prior to proceeding.
